Sanborn House (or Sanborn Guest House) is the ideal retreat for business and holiday travelers. The guest house provides many of the amenities you would find at home and is located in LA’s charming residential Silverlake and Los Feliz neighborhoods. It is accessible to many attractions like Hollywood, Universal Studios, the Getty Museum, Disneyland, Magic Mountain, and of course, sunny beaches of Southern California.

Sanborn Guest House has two guest units providing Hollywood charm and comfort: a guest suite (Sanborn Room) and a guest room (Del Mar Room). Both have its own private bath, wifi, TV, ceiling fan, queen size bed, it’s own entrance, and parking. Both have access to the shared guest kitchen. The Sanborn Room has a sitting and living room.

Smoking is not allowed inside Sanborn Guest House. You can enjoy your smoke on the porches and grounds of the property. We require at least 2 nights’ minimum stay. You can also book up to 30 nights or more for 50% discount. See our Rates/Policies page.
